Think it's only about Chicken or Beef? Think again.

"Simply because every flight is unique - with its unique combination of passengers, crew, and environmental elements - something different is bound to happen on every flight. This, my friends, is exactly what makes this job so intriguing."

It's been years since I first armed an aircraft door, and they've been full of interesting stories. These tales - whether they are as trivial as spilling juice on a passenger, or as big as me being attacked by a passenger on my third flight - are sure to keep us smiling (or wincing) many years down the line.

This chronicle not only serves as my repertoire of sweet 'n sour memories as a cabin crew, it also provides juicy first-hand accounts of just what goes on behind the scenes in what is one of the most misunderstood, mysterious, and mistakenly glorified jobs.

So sit back, relax, and enjoy the flight.
